1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with or using the 9rrr platform in any way — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who have not yet registered an account.

3. Age Restriction

The 9rrr platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any specific jurisdiction.

9rrr takes age verification seriously. If there is any reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period where underage play is suspected may be withheld.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 9rrr will never contact you to ask for your password under any circumstances. 5. Deposits

All deposits on 9rrr are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards and other supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation in your wallet app. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank and the time of the transaction. 9rrr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone else — are not permitted.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests. 9rrr aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may be affected by verification requirements or bank processing schedules.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day.
• 9rrr reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. • Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household and per IP address.

The 9rrr VIP programme rewards players across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — based on wagering activity over time. Tier progression is calculated automatically based on qualifying real-money wagers. Bonus wagers do not count towards VIP tier progression.

• VIP status is non-transferable and applies only to the registered account holder.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified and given the opportunity to address the issue where appropriate. If closure is permanent and the account is found to be in good standing following review, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your original deposit method after deducting any applicable bonus funds.

• Self-exclusion requests result in permanent account closure for the duration of the exclusion period.
